Ember & Grain started with a simple idea: great coffee and honest food, made properly. We roast our beans in-house, bake our bread from scratch every morning, and source as much as we can from growers and producers within driving distance. No shortcuts, no pretence — just a good neighbourhood cafe where the coffee is strong and the sourdough is warm.

What We Stand For
We work with growers and producers within driving distance. Seasonal menus mean fresher food and a smaller footprint.
Our beans are roasted in small batches on-site. Every cup is traceable, fresh, and tuned to our house profile.
Sourdough, banana bread, pastries — all made from scratch each morning. Nothing sits overnight.
